This November’s SEMA show will have a hot new edition. The 2009 HURST/HEMI Challenger will first be unveiled at the Las Vegas show, with production to begin in early 2009.
The limited edition Challenger SRT8 will have an output of 500+ HP. It will be available in four Stages of performance trim through participating Dodge dealerships. The details are iconic and impressive; the huge polished five-spoke HURST alloy wheels and the “Pistol-Grip” HURST shifter are inspired by the originals that helped make HURST the legendary brand that it is today.

Hyundai and Rhys Millen Racing (RMR) will unveil a customized Genesis Coupe at the upcoming SEMA Show. The Hyundai RMR "Art of Speed" Genesis Coupe 2.0t will be powered by a 2.0-liter DOHC inline four- cylinder engine with RMR turbo kit for maximum horsepower and torque. It will be equipped with a heavy-duty HKS sequential transmission and a K&W coil over suspension to put that additional power to the ground.
It will be painted in a silver and black color scheme. The outside will also feature a RMR wide body kit, functional hood scoop and a carbon fiber wing. Enkei racing wheels and Bridgestone Protenza RE-01 tires surrounding Brembo brake calipers complete the package.

The 2009 Dodge Challenger will get even more power. With the help of a supercharger from Mopar. The updated vehicle will be unveiled in November at the SEMA show in Las Vegas.
With 2 stages of modification, the power of the 6.1-liter Hemi V8’s engine will grow from 425 hp to 630 hp.
Along with the blower, the ’09 Challenger will get the typical SEMA treatment: a cold-air intake, a high-flow cat-back exhaust system and, of course, a few different sets of rims.
The 2010 Chevrolet Camaro has been named the official vehicle of this year’s SEMA aftermarket show in November. This means that a handful of Camaros to be on display at the show. Some customizers might even get a chance to work their magic on one—we’re checking with Chevrolet on that.
SEMA says the Camaro’s "official vehicle" billing is in lieu of its traditional practice of naming an official manufacturer of the show.
The Camaro Coupe will go into production in February 2009, while the Convertible version will follow several months later, with production starting in December 2009.
SEMA is Nov. 4-7 in Las Vegas. It will not be opened to the public, but TopSpeed will be there bringing photos and video.
